The Air System Requirements IPT centrally manages the Air
System Requirements across the JSF program. The team is the
owner of the Air System Concept of Operations, the JSF Operational
Requirements Document, Leader of the JSF Operational Advisory
Group, and is the owner of the Lethality Pillar. Overall,
the Air System Requirements IPT is responsible for:
- Evaluating Requirements Changes to the Air System Block
Plan, Joint Contract Specification (JCS) and the JSF Operational
Requirements Document
- Coordinating Delta SDD Requirements for the Partner JCS
- Coordinating Production Requirements for LRIP
- Coordinating Post-SDD Air System Requirements
- Leading the Requirements Working Group Process
- Developing/Managing the JSF Science and Technology and
Product Roadmaps
- Conducting JSF Air System Operational Capability Assessments
- Acting as the Service and Partner Interface for Current
and Future Requirements
- Manage Requirements for the Spiral Development
